Warranty and returns
We sell what we have inspected ourselves, so we are happy to stand behind it for two years.
On the complete device, battery included and including the parts we replaced. No contribution from you, no small print about battery wear.
A faulty device goes to our own bench in Zarren, not to a central depot abroad. That is why a warranty repair usually takes two to five working days instead of weeks.
If the device is not for you, send it back within thirty days and you get your money back. The shipping label is free.
Damage you cause yourself: drop damage, water damage, or a repair somebody else carried out. We will of course still fix that, but at our normal rate.
Your legal rights
In Belgium, second-hand goods carry a statutory warranty of at least twelve months. Our twenty-four months sit on top of that and take nothing away from it. If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you also have fourteen days of statutory right of withdrawal; our thirty days to change your mind is an extension of that.
