Privacy and cookies
The short version: we only ask for what we need to handle your order or your trade-in, and we do not sell anything on.
Which data
For an order: name, address, email address and telephone number. For a buy-back, on top of that your account number and the IMEI number of the device. We ask for nothing more.
What we use it for
Only to handle your order or buy-back, to be able to provide warranty and to meet our bookkeeping obligations. We do not pass anything on to others and we send no newsletter unless you sign up for it yourself.
How long
We keep invoice data for seven years, as the law requires. The rest we delete as soon as the warranty period has expired.
Data on your device
Every device we buy in is wiped on arrival, with the storage completely overwritten. We do not look at personal files and we make no copies.
Cookies
The site places no advertising cookies. We only use a functional cookie for your language choice and anonymous visitor statistics without personal profiles.
Your rights
You may always ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Send an email to info@rephonestore.eu and you will hear from us within a week.
