Order before 4pm on a working day and your device goes out the same day. Every parcel is insured and delivered against a signature, because there is something valuable in it.
In the box you get the device, a USB cable and a SIM tool. A charger is not included as standard, for the same reason Apple stopped including one: most people already have three lying around. If you do want one, you can order it with the device.
Returns go back with the same free label. Just let us know by email and the label is in your inbox within the hour.
